Privacy Notice
This website is for Dr. Laila Al Masaoudi's ENT and head & neck surgical practice. It has no user accounts, runs no advertising trackers, and asks for personal information in only one place: the contact form. This notice explains what that form collects and how it is handled.
What the contact form collects
When you send a message, the form collects your name, phone number, email address, the area of care you select, and the message you write. Please share only what is needed to describe your enquiry.
How it is used
Your details are used for one purpose only: to read and respond to your enquiry. They are not used for marketing, and they are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside the practice.
How it is transmitted and stored
The form is delivered by Formspree, a third-party form processor, which transmits your message to the practice and stores a copy of submissions on its servers so they are not lost in transit. Formspree processes the data on our behalf; its own handling of that data is governed by its privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Requesting deletion
You can ask us to delete anything you have sent. Email [email protected] from the address you contacted us with and we will remove your enquiry from our inbox and ask Formspree to delete the stored copy.
